Moonlight Bike Sale

You are the administrative assistant for a retail store that sells bicycles. You've been tasked to modify a slide presentation about mountain biking to promote an upcoming sale.

Task 1

On the title slide, insert a Colored Outline - Purple, Accent 6 oval shape that is 2"(5.08 cm) high and 3.5" (8.89 cm) wide. Position the shape behind the image of the biker.

Hint
  1. Trong Navigation Pane bên trái, chọn Slide 1.
  2. Click chọn hình Mountain Biker.
  3. Chọn tab Insert.
  4. Trong nhóm Illustrations, click nút Shapes để mở gallery.
  5. Trong phần Basic Shapes, chọn Oval.
  6. Kéo chuột để vẽ hình oval lên trên hình Mountain Biker.
  7. Chọnt thẻ Drawing Tools Format, trong nhóm Shape Styles, click nút mũi tên More để mở gallery.
  8. Chọn Colored Outline - Purple, Accent 6.
  9. Trong nhóm Size, dùng nút mũi tên để chỉnh Shape Height thành 2" (5.08 cm) và Shape Width thành 3.5" (8.89 cm). (Gợi ý: có thể gõ số vào ô)
  10. Trong nhóm Arrange, click nút Send Backward.

Task 2

Change the view of the 3D Model on slide 4 to Above Front Left.

Hint
  1. Trong Navigation Pane bên trái, chọn Slide 4.
  2. Click chọn hình.
  3. Chọn tab 3D Model Tools Format.
  4. Trong nhóm 3D Model Views, click nút mũi tên More để mở gallery.
  5. Trong gallery 3D Model Views, chọn Above Front Left.

Task 3

On slide 3, create a table in the right placeholder with 3 columns and 6 rows. Accept the default style.

Hint
  1. Trong Navigation Pane bên trái, chọn Slide 3.
  2. Trong bảng bên phải, click biểu tượng Insert Table.
  3. Trong cửa sổ pop-up Insert Table, chỉnh thông số Columns: 3 và Rows: 6.
  4. Click OK.

Task 4

Create a custom slide show named Discounted Bikes using slides 1, 2, 4, and 6.

Hint
  1. Chọn tab Slide Show.
  2. Trong nhóm Start Slide Show, click nút mũi tên Custom Slide Show rồi chọn Custom Shows...
  3. Trong cửa sổ pop-up Custom Shows, click nút New.
  4. Trong ô Slide show name, gõ Discounted Bikes.
  5. Trong cửa sổ Slides, đánh dấu check chọn các slide 1, 2, 4 và 6
  6. Click nút Add. Các slide vừa chọn sẽ được sao chép vào Slides trong cửa số custom show.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Trong cửa sổ Custom Shows, click Close.

Task 5

Disable the Slide Show options for narrations, timings, and media controls.

  1. Chọn tab Slide Show.
  2. Trong nhóm Set Up, bỏ dấu check ở các mục: Play Narrations, Use Timings và Show Media Controls.
