The firm where you work counsels investors. You are an investment adviser, and you are creating a presentation about eco-friendly stocks.

Task 1

Remove the Header and Footer from the Notes Master.

Hint

1. Trong tab View, trong nhóm Master Views, click Notes Master.
2. Trong tab Notes Master, trong nhóm Placeholders, bỏ đánh dấu mục Header và mục Footer.
3. Trong nhóm Close, click Close Master View.

Task 2

Change this presentation to be viewed in Widescreen (16:9) and ensure the fit.

Hint

1. Trong tab Design, trong nhóm Customize, click Slide Size.
2. Chọn Widescreen.
3. Click Ensure Fit.

Task 3

Configure the print settings to print Notes Pages for the presentation.

Hint

1. Click chọn tab File.
2. Chọn Print.
3. Bên dưới Settings, click mũi tên thứ hai để chỉnh từ Full Page Slides thành Notes Pages.
4. Click mũi tên ở góc trên bên trái để quay về.

Task 4

On slide 5, add a Pareto Histogram chart using default settings and data.

Hint

1. Trong bảng Navigation Pane bên trái, chọn slide 5.
2. Trong placeholder của slide, click biểu tượng Insert Chart.
3. Trong cửa sổ pop-up Insert Chart, chọn mục Histogram bên trái.
4. Trong danh sách của Histogram, click chọn Pareto.
5. Click OK.

Task 5

Create an Upward Arrow Process SmartArt graphic on the last slide.

Hint

1. Trong bảng Navigation Pane bên trái, chọn slide cuối.
2. Trong tab Insert, trong nhóm Illustrations, click SmartArt.
3. Trong cửa sổ pop-up Choose a SmartArt Graphic, chọn mục Process bên trái.
4. Trong danh sách của Process, click chọn Upward Arrow.
5. Click OK.
