Backcountry Tours

You work for a travel agency. You are preparing a presentation to promote your company's backcountry adventure tours.

Task 1

Rename the Untitled Section to Intro.

Hint
  1. Trong bảng Navigation Pane bên trái, ngay bên dưới slide tiêu đề, click vào phần có tên Untitled Section.
  2. Click phải vào và chọn Rename Section.
  3. Gõ tên Intro.
  4. Click nút Rename.

Task 2

Apply the Bevel Rectangle style to the image on the Backpacking Trips slide.

Hint
  1. Trong bảng Navigation Pane bên trái, chọn slide Backpacking Trips.
  2. Click chọn ảnh bên phải.
  3. Trong tab Picture Tools Format, trong nhóm Picture Styles, click Bevel Rectangle.

Task 3

Reposition the center image on the Our Rock Crawling adventures... slide to Align Middle and place it in front of the other two images.

Hint
  1. Trong bảng Navigation Pane bên trái, chọn slide Our Rock Crawling adventures....
  2. Click chọn ảnh ở giữa.
  3. Trong tab Picture Tools Format, trong nhóm Arrange, click Align.
  4. Chọn Align Middle.
  5. Trong nhóm Arrange, chọn Bring Forward và click Bring to Front.

Task 4

Insert a Summary Zoom slide between slides 1 and 2. Include all of the slides except the title slide. Accept all other default settings.

Hint
  1. Trong bảng Navigation Pane bên trái, click vào khoảng trống ngay dưới slide 1, ngay trước tên phần phía trên slide 2.
  2. Trong tab Insert, trong nhóm Links, click Zoom.
  3. Trong menu Zoom, click Summary Zoom.
  4. Bỏ đánh dấu mục 1: Backcountry Tours. Nếu cần, đánh dấu chọn cho tất cả slide khác. Giữ nguyên các thiết lập mặc định khác.
  5. Click Insert.

Task 5

Create a PDF by using a feature in PowerPoint. Name the document Backcountry.pdf and save it into the GMetrixTemplates folder. Do not open the file after publishing.

Hint
  1. Trong tab File, chọn Export.
  2. Trong bảng Export, click Create PDF/XPS Document. Trong bảng bên phải, click nút Create PDF/XPS.
  3. Duyệt đến thư mục GMetrixTemplates.
  4. Đặt tên file là Backcountry.pdf.
  5. Bỏ đánh dấu mục Open file after publishing.
  6. Click Publish.
