You are the assistant to a marketing director. You are preparing a presentation to explain the benefits of online sales.

Task 1

Import Marketing.rtf located in the GmetrixTemplates folder to create two new slides immediately following the title slide.

Hint
  1. Trong bảng Navigation Pane bên trái, chọn slide 1.
  2. Trong tab Home, trong nhóm Slides, click New Slide rồi chọn Slides from Outline...
  3. Trong thư mục GMetrixTemplates, chọn Marketing.rtf.
  4. Click Insert. (Gợi ý: Hai slide mới sẽ được tạo với tiêu đề Interesting Statistics và Best Ways to Start.)

Task 2

On the Summary slide, insert a Screen Recording of the video from the Investing in Internet Technologies presentation. Exclude Record Pointer and Audio. chọn only the video area without the black borders. Begin the screen recording anywhere between 00:06:30 and 00:07:00 seconds and end between 00:13:00 and 00:14:50.

Hint
  1. Trong bảng Navigation Pane bên trái, chọn slide Summary, sau đó chọn tab Insert.
  2. Trong nhóm Media, click Screen Recording. Bảng điều khiển Screen Recording sẽ tự động hiện lên ở đầu màn hình.
  3. Trong bảng điều khiển Screen Recording, click để tắt Audio và Record Pointer.
  4. Trong file Investing in Internet Technologies, click Select Area và kéo chuột chọn vùng video, không kéo vùng đen ở trên và dưới.
  5. Click vùng đen dưới cùng để hiện thanh điều khiển phát video.
  6. Click nút Forward Advance vài lần cho đến khi hiện giá trị từ 00:06:30 đến 00:07:00.
  7. Trong bảng điều khiển Screen Recording, click nút Record. Một đếm ngược sẽ bắt đầu.
    Khi đếm ngược 3-2-1 hoàn tất, click nút Play để phát video. Trong khi theo dõi bộ đếm thời gian phát, trong bảng điều khiển Screen Recording ở đầu màn hình (di chuyển con trỏ lên đó để hiển thị), canh thời gian phát từ 00:13:00 đến 00:14:50, rồi click nút Stop. (Lưu ý: Video sẽ tiếp tục phát đến hết và phần quay màn hình sẽ tự động chèn vào slide Summary.)

Task 3

Delete the Word of Mouth row from the table on the Generating Income slide.

Hint
  1. Trong bảng Navigation Pane bên trái, chọn slide có bảng Generating Income.
  2. Click chỗ bất kỳ trong hàng Word of Mouth.
  3. Trong tab Table Tools Layout, trong nhóm Rows & Columns, click menu Delete rồi chọn Delete Rows.

Task 4

On the slide Investing in Internet Technologies, edit the video End Time to stop exactly 14 seconds into the video.

  1. Trong bảng Navigation Pane bên trái, chọn slide có tên Investing in Internet Technologies.
  2. Click chọn video.
  3. Trong tab Video Tools Playback, trong nhóm Editing, click Trim Video.
  4. Trong cửa sổ pop-up Trim Video, chỉnh thời gian kết thúc thành 00:14.
  5. Click OK.

Task 5

On the slide Investing in Internet Technologies, adjust the media window size to be 4.7" (11.9 cm) high. Accept the default adjusted width.

  1. Trong bảng Navigation Pane bên trái, chọn slide có video tiêu đề Investing in Internet Technologies.
  2. Click chọn video.
  3. Trong tab Video Tools Format, trong nhóm Size, thay đổi giá trị Height: thành 4.7" (11.9 cm).
  4. Giữ nguyên chiều rộng mặc định.
